I am Destinee Gardner, a Masters of Public Health graduate, mother, and wife and runner. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the world by prolonging life, preventing disease, and promoting health through personal training and coaching. I have trained collegiate athletes, Amateur Youth Athletics (AAU), Military prep personnel and individuals aged 50 years and older. Let's work together to reach your health and wellness goals.
